A variety of equipment was selected ensuring that all age groups within the club are catered for. This will allow Hampton Football Club coaches to improve player’s skills and fitness whilst maintaining the session variety that keeps training fun.
Examples of equipment purchased include Hurdles, Fast Feet Ladders,

Instructional DVDs and a book will assist coaches to develop training sessions suitable for their particular age group.
SAQ International based in Melton Mowbray were extremely helpful in selection of the equipment and offered us a discount enabling us to obtain a greater variety of equipment than offered in their standard “Football Squad Pack”
